Originally set up 6 years ago TFC Fitness Studios continue to grow and offer a unique workout experience described as ‘an innovation in fitness’.

TFC are based in the heart of Watford and recently doubled in size – now boasting a second studio meaning they offer a genuine alternative for health and total fitness!

Classes include cardio conditioning, Pilates, yoga and in house personal training. The TFC team places emphasis on the individual achieving their goals combined with an ongoing, expanding timetable.
