The Changing Room
The start of October sees the arrival of The Changing Room in Bushey.
Its a new, combined approach to well-being that will enable residents of Bushey and the surrounding areas to have a full range of treatments and sessions all in one place.
Christine Black, cognitive hypnotherapist, is the person behind The Changing Room. She is based in Vicarage Road, Watford and had been looking for the right venue to run her next set of SlimQuest courses. These are the 6-week public sessions to help people address and overcome the obstacles that are preventing them from losing weight.
She explained how The Changing Room would be offering courses and treatments to help you look & feel better.
Its not all about weight loss. In addition to the SlimQuest courses, there will be a variety of personal development workshops available for both men and women. The other treatments available will range from beauty treatments right through to reflexology and acupuncture. Youll also be able to experience hypnopuncture, learn about nutrition, try the Alexander technique and of course find help to overcome your phobias, give up smoking and deal with stress to name but a few.
The Changing Room will be above Busheys newest addition to the residential property market; Imagine Estate agents in Bushey High Street.
For more details on upcoming SlimQuest courses or if you are a therapist looking to offer treatments through The Changing Room, please call Christine on 07788 545312.
