Imagine Estate Agents open new office in Bushey

A big night for local estate/letting agents and regular Flea supporters Imagine recently as they unveiled their fabulous new offices at 66-70 High Street, Bushey.

I was delighted to be invited, along with 100 other local dignitaries and business people to attend the Grand Opening event where we all got to see what is a truly impressive make-over. The premises have had a stunning refurbishment that certainly makes the shop stand out. The combination of 200 year old beams lovingly restored against a modern backdrop and the latest technology certainly means Imagine bring something unique to the market place and undoubtedly property sellers and landlords in the area will look forward to being associated with such a business.

So what are Imagine offering? Well, you may think it’s standard practice for multiple office set ups to market all their properties from all their offices, but I found this was far from true in most cases. “Technically it requires a lot of planning and robust technology to support such a set up in 'real time' but we were adamant that investing in this would be worthwhile. We now have a unique selling point whereby we can offer a multi agency set up; doubling the number of people we market our homes to, whilst only charging a sole agency fee”, Mike Cole, the owner of Imagine Group explained as he proudly gave me a guided tour.

It’s apparent that Mike strongly believes in frequent communication. His clients are kept in touch with even the smallest development in the sale process – with timely and totally honest updates. He went on to explain that they always give a realizable property value as they don’t believe in promising potential vendors unachievable prices just to get their business. Nor do they demand a minimum sole-agency period during which the client can be heavily exposed to falling prices. Imagine offers a ‘no minimum lock-in period’ which gives their clients the best possible choice.

It was a pleasure to be invited along to such an amazingly successful launch evening to toast their future success with a glass of wine and a Thai meal at the Thai Sunset across the road.
