Mumpreneurs - Mums making a difference
"I initially joined Kleeneze to earn an extra £50 to £75 per week to help the household budget. As my children were 18 months & 5 years old, I wanted to be around for them as much as possible. I was skeptical at first but started putting my catalogues out locally and then collecting orders. It was as simple as that. I started to realize how flexible this was. I was able to earn an income whilst looking after the children, avoid childcare costs and I could work around the school holidays because they just came along and helped!
I spoke to a few other mums who wanted that flexibility too, so that’s when I started building a small team. My sponsors were great and I was shown how to help my team, do what I had done. My income started to really make a difference, whilst still working part time around my family commitments.
It was at this point I realized what an amazing opportunity we had. My husband Steve left his full time job and joined me in the business. Our income doubled. This also gave him quality time with our children which had not been possible before. We help and support a great team who also now earn what they want out of life. We still work around the children and all their various hobbies.
We have recently qualified for an all expenses paid trip around the Caribbean next March, on the largest yacht in the world. If I can do it, why cant you?
