Flea Competition Rules
General Rules for Competitions publicised on Flea Websites
1. General
1.1. The expression “flea” or “the flea” or “we” shall be interpreted wherever the context admits as meaning Flea Limited together with all of its subsidiaries, associated companies and independent associates.
1.2. Flea local websites are each operated as an independent business by a Local Publishing Associate of Flea Limited.
1.3. Competitions operated by these independent associates may be publicised on a single website – or on multiple websites. Some competitions may be operated by Flea Limited and in some cases entry may be available via flea’s non-geographic websites.
1.4. Except where specifically changed by the rules of an individual competition, valid entries may be made by any person from any geographical location worldwide. However, prize winners shall be responsible for any costs involved in travelling to collect the prize.
1.5. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry may be made by any individual entrant.
1.6. Most competitions must be entered by electronic means and each competition will have a specific email address to which entries should be sent or provide some alternative means for electronic entry. Where postal entries are stated as being valid, these must be sent to the address provided. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery
1.7. These General Rules apply to all competitions advertised on all flea websites, except only where specific changes are identified within or directly associated with the text describing a specific competition, in which case that text shall take precedence over these General Rules in relation only to the specific matter revised and all other general rules stated here shall apply
